Introduction
● I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, HKUST, Hong Kong.
● My research interests are generally in the fields of hydraulics and fluid mechanics. My current research mainly focuses on transient-based pipe faults detection and numerical modeling of transient pipe flows. I am also a team member of the large scale Theme-based RGC project on Smart UWSS (US$ 4.5 million, 2016-2020), led by Prof. Mohamed S. Ghidaoui.
● During my PhD study in PolyU (2016-2019), I worked with Prof. Huan-Feng Duan (PolyU), Prof. Pedro J. Lee (Univ. of Canterbury, New Zealand), and Prof. Mohamed S. Ghidaoui (HKUST).
● My emails are: tcche@ust.hk; tony.tongchuan.che@gmail.com
